Stir fried red hot shrimp

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1⅓ pounds Shrimp -- peeled & deveined
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
½ cup Sweet hot sauce reserved from Sweet Heat Chicken Wings

Directions

Toss the shrimp with the cornstarch, soy sauce and ginger. Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat until smoking. Add the oil and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. Add the shrimp in 1 or 2 batches and stir fry until the shrimp lose their raw look and begin to firm. Add the reserved sauce and toss while the sauce heats to a simmer. Serve immediately.
