Directions

*** In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot. Cook garlic until golden brown. Add pork, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add all vegetables and stir together 1-2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook 3-4 minutes longer. Serve hot over warm cooked rice.
