Stir-fried pork and cucumbers

½ | pounds | Lean pork |
1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
2 | Cucumbers | |
2 | tablespoons | Oil |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | drops | Sesame oil; more or less |
Directions
1. Slice pork thin against the grain. Add soy sauce to pork and toss.
Slice cucumbers thin, but do not peel.
2. Heat oil. Add pork and stir-fry until it begins to brown (about 3 minutes).
3. Add cucumbers and salt; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes. Then cook, covered, over medium heat until done (about 1 to 2 minutes more). Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve at once.
VARIATION: Use 1 cucumber and ½ cup bamboo shoots, sliced thin. Add as in step 3.
