Strawberry ring with sour cream dressing

2 packs Strawberry gelatin
2 cups Water, boiling
20 ounces Strawberries, frozen, pkgd.
1 pack Pecans, chopped
1½ cup Pineapple, crushed
2 larges Bananas, ripe, diced
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Sour cream dressing
1 cup Sour cream, dairy
1 teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Ginger, ground
dash Salt

SOUR CREAM DRESSING

Dissolve gelatin into boiling water. Add berries, stirring occasionally until thawed. Stir in pineapple, pecans, banana and lemon juice. Pour into mold (6½ cup). Chill until firm.

Dressing: Combine all ingredients and chill well.
