Strawberry sherbert

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 ounces To 10 oz frozen, sweetened strawberries, thawed
2 cups Milk
½ cup Orange Juice
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

Puree strawberries and strain through a sieve to remove seeds.

Combine them with remainder of ingredients and freeze as directed.

Makes about 3 quarts.

This sherbet has a delightful fresh strawberry flavor. Try a scoopful in a glass of gingerale for a special treat.
