Strawberry-raspberry pie

1 each Double pie shell
1 pounds Strawberries frozen ( sweet)
2 cups Rhubarb cut into small chunk
¾ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Tapioca

Directions

place ingredients in sauce pan, cook over low heat until tapioca is transparent. spoon with a slotted spoon into pie shell. use left over sauce as syrup or whatever for pancakes.

Place top crust on pie, cut slits into top crust, crimp edges.

425 for 40-50 minutes
