8 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
2½ | ounce | Crystallized ginger; finely chopped |
Chopped macadamia nuts; (garnish) |
Directions
Combine cream cheese and ginger. Stuff mixture into lychee with small spoon, butter knife or a pastry bag. Chill. Garnish and serve. Makes 3 dozen.
