Stuffed peaches

8 | tablespoons | Butter (1 stick) divided use |
2 | tablespoons | Granulated sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
4 | tablespoons | Walnuts; finely chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Dried cookie crumbs |
1 | tablespoon | Flour; all-purpose |
1 | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
4 | larges | Peaches; cut in half |
Directions
Preheat the grill. Coals should be medium-low.
In a small bowl, combine 4 Tbsp butter and both sugars and mix well.
Add walnuts, cookie crumbs, flour and cinnamon. Fill 4 peach halves evenly with the mixture. Top with the remaining halves.
Melt the remaining 4 Tbsp butter and brush the peaches. Place the peaches on the grill and cook, turning once, until the filling begins to melt. Turn carefully so peach halves do not separate.
