Stuffed peaches

Ingredients

8 tablespoons Butter (1 stick) divided use
2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
4 tablespoons Walnuts; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Dried cookie crumbs
1 tablespoon Flour; all-purpose
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
4 larges Peaches; cut in half

Directions

Preheat the grill. Coals should be medium-low.

In a small bowl, combine 4 Tbsp butter and both sugars and mix well.

Add walnuts, cookie crumbs, flour and cinnamon. Fill 4 peach halves evenly with the mixture. Top with the remaining halves.

Melt the remaining 4 Tbsp butter and brush the peaches. Place the peaches on the grill and cook, turning once, until the filling begins to melt. Turn carefully so peach halves do not separate.
