1 pounds Mushrooms
5 slices Bacon
½ cup Onion, minced
8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons Parsley, minced
Salt and pepper
½ teaspoon Fresh basil, minced
2 cloves Garlic, minced

Directions

Preheat oven 425. Remove and mince stems of mushrooms. Fry bacon until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon and crumble. Saute onion in bacon fat. Place cream cheese in bowl and combine with mushroom stems, bacon, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, basil, and garlic. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 mins.
