Tip#1. Substituting one cup of Mott's Apple Sauce for one cup of oil, butter, margarine or shortening gives you the same great taste and texture, but with a lot less fat and calories.

Tip#2. Sometimes, like in cake, muffin or quick bread recipes, replace butter or oil with a combination of half Mott's Apple Sauce and half buttermilk."
