Sun-dried tomatoes and olives

3 Garlic cloves;, minced
2 tablespoons Olive oil
cup Chopped sun-dried tomatoes
cup Chicken broth
½ cup Kalamata olives; chopped
¼ cup Chopped parsley
2 ounces Crumbled goat cheese
1 pounds Penne or other pasta

Cook garlic cloves in olive oil over medium heat, 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and chicken broth, simmer 10 minutes. Add olives and parsley. Top with goat cheese.
