1 tablespoon Olive oil
teaspoon Salt
1 12\" pizza crust
½ cup Creme fraiche or sour cream
¼ pounds Smoked salmon; slice thin --
Cut-up
2 tablespoons Fresh chives or green onion
Chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 450~. Heat olive oil and add onion rings and salt; cook until tender. Spread over pizza crust. Bake 5 minutes. Spread creme fraiche or sour cream on hot pizza. Top with salmon. Sprinkle chives or green onion over top and reserved onion rings around edge.
