Sunny side up ice cream eggs

1 | pint | Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt |
1 | pint | Mango sorbet |
Directions
Place 2 plates and 2 frying pans in the freezer After plates have chilled, remove them from freezer and cover with tin foil. Remove wrapper from vanilla ice cream, turn on it's side, place on one of the chilled plates and slice four ¼-inch rounds off the end. Place them on the second plate.
Using a melon ball scoop, scoop a ball of mango sorbet. With a knife, lop off the exposed half of the ball. Place scoop in center of vanilla ice cream round. Repeat for all 4"eggs". Return "eggs" to the freezer. When ready to serve, place 2 in each chilled frying pan and serve.
