Super crab-a-tizers

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Chopped green pepper
Vegetable oil
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans (120g each) Crab meat,
Drained
1 can (10oz/284ml) Mushrooms,
Drained, chopped
16 Dare Breton crackers,
Crushed
8 Eggs, beaten

Directions

In large saucepan saute onion and green pepper in small amount of hot oil until tender; remove from heat. Add cheese, crab meat, mushrooms and cracker crumbs to pan; toss well. Stir in beaten eggs. Spoon mixture into greased miniature muffin pans or tart tins. Bake in 350F (180C) oven for 15 minutes or until done. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
