Ingredients

| 2.00 | pounds | Cooked white beans |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped onion |
| 3.00 | tablespoon | Molasses |
| 2.00 | tablespoon | Ketchup |
| 1.00 | tablespoon | Dry mustard |
| 2.00 | teaspoon | Chipotle puree |
| 1.00 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Beer |
| ½ | teaspoon | White vinegar |
| 1.00 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place bean mixture in a greased casserole dish and cook for 6 to 9 hours. If they become dry, add a little well seasoned stock (chicken or vegetable). Serve hot.
