Sweet and sour bean stew

3 ounces Navy beans; cooked
3 ounces Basmati rice; cooked
ounce Butternut squash; cubed
ounce Onion; chopped
ounce Raisins
1 tablespoon Safflower oil
½ teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Set on stove over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir occasionally. Serve at room temperature.
