Sweet and sour vegetables

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 teaspoons Oil;
2 Onions;
2 Carrots; thinly sliced
2 Stacks celery; diced
1 Green pepper; chopped
4 teaspoons Vinegar;
2 teaspoons Soysauce;
Salt and pepper; to taste
1 teaspoon Brown sugar;

Directions

(1). Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onions until transparent. (2). Add the carrots, celery and green peppers and saute for five minutes over a low heat. Cover and cook for ten minutes. (3). Add the vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste and sugar. Mix well.
