Sweet pineapple muffins

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups All-purpose flour
2 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 cans Crushed pineapple -- 8 oz
each Undrained
2 eaches Eggs
½ cup Vegetable oil

Directions

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder.

In another bowl, mix pineapple, eggs and oil; stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 350 deg. for 20 to 25 min. or until muffins test done. dool in pan for 10 min before removing. Yield: about 20 muffins.
