Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Bunches parsley chopped fine
1 pounds Cracked wheat; medium or fine
1 cup Fresh mint leaves
Bunches green onions
3 larges Tomatoes; chopped
3 larges Lemons; juice of
2 tablespoons Salad oil
¼ cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
Salt to taste

Directions

Clean, wash & chop vegetables. Wash & soak wheat for 10 minutes. Squeeze water from wheat. Add all vegetables, oils, lemon juice, sugar & salt. Mix well. This recipe is better if prepared a day in advance so flavors can melt together.
