Ingredients

1½ | Bunches parsley chopped fine | |
1 | pounds | Cracked wheat; medium or fine |
1 | cup | Fresh mint leaves |
1½ | Bunches green onions | |
3 | larges | Tomatoes; chopped |
3 | larges | Lemons; juice of |
2 | tablespoons | Salad oil |
¼ | cup | Olive oil |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
Salt to taste |
Directions
Clean, wash & chop vegetables. Wash & soak wheat for 10 minutes. Squeeze water from wheat. Add all vegetables, oils, lemon juice, sugar & salt. Mix well. This recipe is better if prepared a day in advance so flavors can melt together.
