¼ cup Butter, plus 3 tbs
1 teaspoon Dried red pepper flakes
3 cups Pomodoro sauce
1 pounds Tagliarini, or fettuccine
Parmesan cheese, grated
3 tablespoons Minced chives
2 tablespoons Dry white wine
6 eaches Plum tomatoes, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

INGREDIENTS

Melt ¼ cup of butter in medium saucepan and lightly saute' chives.

Add red pepper flakes and wine and blend thoroughly. Add Pomodoro sauce and tomatoes. Simmer uncovered 45 minutes. Meanwhile, cook tagliarini until al dente; drain. Toss with remaining tablespoons butter. Keep warm. For sauce, adjust seasoning to taste. Continue cooking 10 minutes, then pour over tagliarini. Serve with parmesan cheese. Serves 4 to 6.
