½ cup Tahini (sesame seed paste)
cup Water
¼ cup Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Salt
1 Green onion (with top), chop (about 1 tablespoon)
2 Cl Garlic, crushed
4 To 6 dr Red pepper sauce

Directions

Tahini is a popular food from the Middle East made from sesame seeds.

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed, or process, until mixture is smooth. ABOUT 1 CUP DRESSING; 75 CALORIES PER TABLESPOON
