Tasty tahini dressing

Ingredients

¼ cup Tahini;
6 tablespoons Water;
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice;
dash Red (cayenne) pepper;

Directions

Tahini, also called sesame paste, is available natural food stores.

This is nice on fish, poultry, tofu, omelets or salads. Blend all ingredients together with wire whisk. Makes about ½ cup.
