Tahu with oyster sauce (beancurd)

400 grams Fresh bean curd in clear water
2 Cloves crushed garlic
2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Cornflour

Directions

Heat the oil and fry the garlic. Add the bean curd and fry for 1 minute.

Add the oyster sauce and mix the water with cornflour. Boil together. Serve hot.
