Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1.00 cup imported black olives
8.00 anchovy fillets
¼ cup capers
tablespoon minced garlic
½ cup olive oil
1 freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

Directions

In a food processor with a metal blade, combine all the ingredients together, except for the oil. Pulse a couple of times to incorporate.

With the machine running, slowly add the oil to form a paste. Season to taste with black pepper. This recipe yields 1 cup.
