3 | tablespoons | Water |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
3 | tablespoons | Sherry or bourbon |
1 | pinch | Monosodium glutamate (MSG) |
2 | teaspoons | Tarragon vinegar |
2 | Cloves garlic, split | |
2 | Green onions, split | |
½ | teaspoon | Sesame seed, crushed |
Directions
Combine soy sauce, water, sugar, tarragon vinegar, garlic and onions in saucepan. Simmer to cook garlic and onion. Then remove and add sherry, MSG and sesame seed.
