Tex-mex pinto beans

2 pounds Pinto beans; dry, soak overnight
¼ pounds Salt pork; cut into small piece
¼ cup Fresh cilantro; chopped
3 Jalapeno peppers; up to 5
5 Garlic cloves; up to 10
2 mediums Onions; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Salt; or to taste
3 tablespoons Chili powder
1 tablespoon Cumin
2 teaspoons Oregano
