Thai-style chicken with noodles

1 | Flavour sachet from MAGGI 2 Minute; Chicken Flavour | |
; Noodles | ||
1 | teaspoon | Minced chilli |
4 | Single boneless chicken breasts; skinned | |
4 | cups | Water |
2 | packs | MAGGI 2 minute Noodles; Chicken Flavour |
Directions
MARINADE
CHICKEN
Combine the marinade ingredients in a plastic bag.
Add the chicken and mix well. Remove the air and seal the bag with a twist tie. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Cook the chicken under a preheated grill or over a preheated barbecue for 8-10 minutes or until the juices run clear when the chicken is pierced.
Turn once during cooking.
While the chicken is cooking, bring the water to the boil in a saucepan.
Break the noodles and add to the pan with the remaining flavour sachet.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Drain the noodles and place in a serving dish.
Top with the chicken and serve immediately.
