Thai-style chicken with noodles

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 Garlic clove; crushed
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh coriander or parsley
¼ teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Oil
1 Flavour sachet from MAGGI 2 Minute; Chicken Flavour
; Noodles
1 teaspoon Minced chilli
4 Single boneless chicken breasts; skinned
4 cups Water
2 packs MAGGI 2 minute Noodles; Chicken Flavour

Directions

MARINADE

CHICKEN

Combine the marinade ingredients in a plastic bag.

Add the chicken and mix well. Remove the air and seal the bag with a twist tie. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.

Cook the chicken under a preheated grill or over a preheated barbecue for 8-10 minutes or until the juices run clear when the chicken is pierced.

Turn once during cooking.

While the chicken is cooking, bring the water to the boil in a saucepan.

Break the noodles and add to the pan with the remaining flavour sachet.

Cook for 2 minutes.

Drain the noodles and place in a serving dish.

Top with the chicken and serve immediately.
