Ingredients

¼ cup Dried cranberries
¼ cup Hazelnuts
1 teaspoon Sugar
¼ cup Cranberry juice
Brut sparkling wine
½ ounce Creme de Cassis
½ ounce Frangelico

Directions

Here's a different drink recipe which calls for Cassis. It was created at and named for a lodge in the Muskoka tourist area of Ontario.

Combine dried cranberries, hazelnuts and sugar in a food processor and process to a powder.

Dip rim of Champagne flute into cranberry juice, then into cranberry/hazelnut mixture.
