Tobacco onions

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 larges Red onions sliced thinly
2 larges Yellow onions sliced thinly
6 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Cayenne
2 tablespoons Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for deep frying

Directions

Combine flour, cayenne, paprika, salt and pepper. Dredge onions in the seasoned flour. Shake off the excess flour. Fry onions until golden brown.

Use as a "bed" for chicken breasts.
