Tofu-fruit pudding

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Firm tofu
3 tablespoons Honey
1 cup Frozen fruit;such as raspber
\N \N ;strawberries or blueberries

Combine all ingredients in a food processor with a metal blade.

Process until smooth and creamy. Chill for at least an hour. Serves 4.
