Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 pounds Green tomatoes
1 pounds Apples; chopped
3 Onions; chopped fine
1 pint Vinegar
2 tablespoons Salt
2 cups Brown sugar
1 cup Raisins
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon Allspice
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
2 teaspoons Prepared mustard
2 Cloves garlic; crushed

Directions

Chop tomatoes, apples & onions fine. Add remaining ingredients & cook until thick & clear, stirring occasionally. Seal in hot sterilized jars. Makes 10 pints.
