Tomatoes and mashed potatoes

Ingredients

6 mediums Tomato cases
Mashed potatoes
½ cup Nut meats (optional)
Parsley (optional)
Stuffed olives (optional)

Directions

Place tomatoes (prepared as described in making Tomato Cases) in a pan with enough water to keep them from scorching and bake for 10 minutes at 350 F. If you wish you may add ½ cup broken nut meats.

Fill the tomato cases and garnish with whole nut meats, a sprig of parsley or sliced stuffed olives.

Return to oven and bake until done.
