Tortilla ranch style

1 | cup | Assorted vegetables; Thinly Shredded (carrots, celery, Zucchini, green onions, Spinch, and/or sweet red Peppers) |
1 | large | Flour torilla; |
2 | tablespoons | Reduced-cal ranch dressing; |
1 | ounce | Swiss cheese; |
1 | ounce | Turkey; sliced; |
Directions
Layer vegetables on tortilla. Sprinkle dressing over vegetables. Add Swiss cheese and turkey. Roll up. Eat cold or microwave brifly.
