Tortilla ranch style

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Assorted vegetables; Thinly Shredded (carrots, celery, Zucchini, green onions, Spinch, and/or sweet red Peppers)
1 large Flour torilla;
2 tablespoons Reduced-cal ranch dressing;
1 ounce Swiss cheese;
1 ounce Turkey; sliced;

Directions

Layer vegetables on tortilla. Sprinkle dressing over vegetables. Add Swiss cheese and turkey. Roll up. Eat cold or microwave brifly.
