1 | large | Head broccoli; cut into small flowerets |
10 | Strips bacon; fried crisp and crumbled (up to 12) | |
½ | cup | Raisins |
¼ | cup | Chopped red onion |
1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
½ | cup | Sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
Directions
Combine broccoli, bacon, raisins and onion in a large bowl. Blend together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture. Stir to coat well. Cover and marinate at least 1 hour. Serves 6.
