Tropic sun spareribs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 pounds Spareribs, or country-style pork ribs
3 larges Cloves garic, pressed
1 large Can (20-oz.) Dole crushed pineapple, undrained
1 large Onion
1 Bottle (12-oz.) chili sauce
½ cup Brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon Ground giner
½ teaspoon Dry mustard

Directions

Rub ribs with garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange onion in large baking pan. Place ribs on top. Add ¼ cup water to pan.

Cover with foil. Bake in 350-degrre F. oven ½ hour. Combine remainig ingredients. Spoon over ribs. Bake, uncovered, one hour longer. S
