Tropical fruit smoothie

½ pint Greek yoghurt
Strawberries
1 Mango; diced
1 Papaya; thinly sliced
1 Banana; sliced
¼ pint Orange juice
Wheatgerm
Honey

Directions

Put the orange juice in a blender with some ice, half the strawberries and the papaya and blend for about 20 seconds. Add a good spoonful of honey, the yoghurt and wheatgerm and blend again for 20 seconds. Add the other fruits and blend in one at a time to maintain the smoothness of your smoothie.

Serve immediately in a tall glass.
