Ingredients

12 ounces StarKist Fancy Albacore Tuna packed in; well drained and
; spring water, broken apart
10 ounces Heinz Chili sauce
2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish; (or to taste)
1 Red onion; chopped
1 Green bell pepper; seeded and chopped
1 cup Celery; chopped
Juice from one fresh lemon
½ cup Sweet gherkins; sliced into small
; chunks
8 ounces Pimento stuffed green olives; drained and chopped

Directions

Mix together all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Keeps up to three days refrigerated. Makes about 5 cups. Great as a first course or over greens for a meal. Stuff it in a hollowed yellow tomato for a great lunch.
