Tuna dip

Ingredients

½ | cup | Tuna; canned |
½ | cup | Cucumber; finely chopped |
2 | teaspoons | Chives; finely chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 | cup | Plain low-fat yogurt |
Directions
1. [Drain water from tuna can and feed to cat.] 2. Mix all ingredients well and fold into the yogurt. Makes 2 cups.
For variety, substitute salmon or caviar for the tuna.

I have been more specific than the book about some ingredients: - tuna canned in water instead of "tuna" since this is what I would use. - plain low-fat yogurt instead of "yogurt" - reflects what I use and also brings the cff% down to about 15.
