Tuna bake

Ingredients

¼ | cup | Onion; finely chopped |
¼ | cup | Green pepper; finely chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Oil, salad |
3 | ounces | Noodles, chow mein |
6½ | ounce | Tuna; drained and flaked |
2 | ounces | Pimiento; drained and choppd |
¼ | cup | Celery; finely chopped |
1 | can | Soup, golden mushroom |
¼ | cup | Milk |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Saute onion and green pepper in salad oil. Combine remaining ingredients; add onion and green pepper, and mix well. Place in a greased 1-½ qt. casserole. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove cover; bake an additional 10 minutes.
