Turkey \"cranwiches\"

Ingredients

4 slices ( 3/4 oz. each) Colby, Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
½ cup Cranberry-orange sauce or relish
12 ounces Thinly sliced cooked turkey
8 slices Firm-textured wheat or rye bread
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter,softened

Directions

PREP TIME 10 MINUTES

COOK: 7 MINUTES

Layer cheese, sauce and turkey on 4 slices bread. Top with remaining bread. Spread top slices of bread with half of the margarine.

Place sandwiches, margarine sides down, in 10 inch skillet. Spread top slices of bread with remaining margarine. Cook uncovered over medium heat about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
