Turkey-apple-cheese sandwiches

⅓ | cup | Vanilla low-fat yogurt |
¼ | cup | Mango chutney |
8 | 7-grain sandwich bread slices | |
½ | pounds | Thinly sliced smoked turkey |
1½ | Fuji or Gala apples (sliced into 24 pieces) | |
¼ | pounds | Thinly sliced muenster cheese |
Vegetable cooking spray |
Directions
Combine yogurt and chutney, and stir well. Spread 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture over each of 4 bread slices; top each with turkey, apple, cheese, and a bread slice.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add sandwiches; cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden.
Yield: 4 servings.
