Turkey crunch casserole

Ingredients

1 | can | Cream of chicken soup |
3 | cups | Diced, cooked turkey |
2 | Hard cooked eggs, chop | |
4 | ounces | Sliced mushrooms |
¾ | cup | Diced celery |
½ | cup | Slivered, blanched almonds |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped onion |
¾ | cup | Mayonnaise |
Directions
Mix turkey, eggs, mushrooms, celery, almonds, and onion. Stir soup into mayonnaise and toss with turkey mixture. Turn into a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Randy Rigg
