Turkey crunch casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Cream of chicken soup
3 cups Diced, cooked turkey
2 Hard cooked eggs, chop
4 ounces Sliced mushrooms
¾ cup Diced celery
½ cup Slivered, blanched almonds
1 tablespoon Chopped onion
¾ cup Mayonnaise

Directions

Mix turkey, eggs, mushrooms, celery, almonds, and onion. Stir soup into mayonnaise and toss with turkey mixture. Turn into a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Randy Rigg
