1 cup WHITE SAUCE
cup Turkey;cooked
1 cup Celery;diced
1 Green Pepper;diced;
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Garlic;crushed;clove
cup Tomato Puree
½ cup Mushrooms;sliced
½ teaspoon Basil
1 Bouillon;chicken;cube
3 cups Linguini;cooked
Salt;
Pepper;

Directions

Cube cooked turkey. Cook linguini according to directions.

Make WHITE SAUCE.

In medium saucepan heat oil, add garlic, celery, green pepper,mush- rooms and cook until tender. Add tomato puree, bouillon, basil, salt and pepper to taste, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

In casserole dish spread half the WHITE SAUCE. Add half the spaghetti and tomato mixture plus turkey. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
