1 tablespoon Reduce-cal margarine;
3 tablespoons All-purpose flour;
1 cup Low-sodium chicken broth;
1 cup Turkey drippings; defatted =OR=-
1 cup Low-sodium chicken broth
¼ cup Dry white wine =OR=-
¼ cup White grape;
¼ teaspoon Salt;
teaspoon Pepper;

Directions

Melt margarine in a medium-sized heavy pan over medium heat. Stir in flour boil 1 minute, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Gradually add broth, turkey drippings, wine, salt and pepper, stirring constantly with whisk. Bring to a boil, still constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until slightly thickened.
