Turkey in red wine and herb sauce

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Sunflower oil
1 500 gram pac diced turkey thigh
1 500 g jar JS Red Wine and Herb Saucery
½ Red pepper; deseeded and cut
; into strips
½ Green pepper; deseeded and cut
; into strips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 C, 350 F, Gas Mark 4.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and stir-fry the turkey until it is sealed on all sides.

Transfer to an ovenproof dish and pour over the jar of sauce.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour. 15 minutes before the end of cooking add the pepper strips.

Notes Rice or noodles can be served with this dish.
