Turkey pancakes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Sifted flour
3 tablespoons Butter
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 cup Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
1 small Onion
½ teaspoon Mace
2 cups Cubed, cooked turkey
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
dash Cayenne

Directions

Sift flour, baking powder, salt, mace, nutmeg, thyme, and cayenne together in bowl. Stir in melted butter and milk. Add grated onion and turkey. Beat until smooth. Heat a greased skillet. Drop by spoonfuls and brown on both sides. Makes 8 to 10 pancakes. Good topped with cranberry sauce.
