Turkey tortilla soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 small Chopped onion
3 Garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 small Can chopped green chiles
¼ cup Taco seasoning (packet)
1 can Chopped tomatoes (14.5oz)
4 cans Chicken broth (14.5 oz)
2 cups Chopped turkey
½ cup Fresh cilantro
Tortilla chips
Grated cheese

Directions

Saute first three ingredients in a 4 quart sauce pan until the onions are tender.

Add next six ingredients and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.

Put ½ oz. cheese and ½ oz. chips at the bottom of the bowl and spoon soup over cheese and chips.

Makes eight 1½ cup servings.
