Turkey-potato salad

¾ cup Turkey, cooked, diced (from Braised Turkey Drumsticks)
¼ cup Celery, chopped
1 cup Cooked diced potato (peeled)
1 tablespoon Onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons Salad dressing mayonnaise-type
¼ teaspoon Prepared mustard
teaspoon Salt

Directions

2 servings of about 1 cup each 230 calories per serving 1. Mix turkey, celery, potato, onion, and green pepper.

2. Mix salad dressing, mustard, and salt. Stir lightly into turkey 3. Chill
