Vegetarian tamale filling

2 cups Shredded swiss or white
Cheddar cheese
cup Chopped black olives
cup Chopped pine nuts
2 Onions, chopped
8 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoons Dried oregano
2 teaspoons Ground cumin
1 can Whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans (4-oz each) green chilies,
Chopped
2 teaspoons Olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
