¾ | cup | Carrot; shredded |
¼ | cup | Green pepper; chopped |
¼ | cup | Cucumber; chopped |
¼ | cup | Onion; chopped |
¼ | cup | Celery; sliced |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
8 | slices | Rye OR Pumpernickle bread |
Lettuce |
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine soft-style cream cheese, carrot, green pepper, cucumber, onion, celery, lemon juice, and pepper. Chill, if desired.
