Ingredients

8 ounces Container soft-style Cream cheese
¾ cup Carrot; shredded
¼ cup Green pepper; chopped
¼ cup Cucumber; chopped
¼ cup Onion; chopped
¼ cup Celery; sliced
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Pepper
8 slices Rye OR Pumpernickle bread
Lettuce

Directions

In a mixing bowl combine soft-style cream cheese, carrot, green pepper, cucumber, onion, celery, lemon juice, and pepper. Chill, if desired.
